Take Omega 3 fatty oils which are rich in fish. Avoid white food such as rice. Avoid all carbohydrates add protein rich food such soya, spirulina. Avoid egg,heavy meats or red meats. Avoid normal usual tea, instead take green tea which is rich in antioxidants. If you have more muscles it is better you can use muscles to move and kill those calories by doing workouts.Don't starve and eat more . By doing this your stomach digestive system adjusts to take more calories to store as fat because it gets indications that you have been starving for longer time and now feeding more as you may again plan to starve ! So body mechanism get adjusted automatically to store more fat.
Foods that you should essentially avoid for flat tummy :
- High cholesterol and high saturated fats meats such as goat meat and animal meat in red colour.

- Take Ghee but not hydrogenated oils.
- Take enough mineral supplements.
- Take enough almonds and other dry fruits to make your stomach anti-toxic.
