Now a days knee and joint pains became a common phenomenon in people  of age group 40 and above especially if they are over weight.Some these  pains may be belongs to arthritis.Arthritis can affect our life at any  point of time and at any age. There is no particular stage to say only  it will happen during this age. Knee and joint pains not only a painful  course of busy working schedules but also make the people helpless and  cause lot of stress to their life as if  is it going to be an end to the  life !
But fortunately orthopedic sciences have developed a lot  and even bringing the relief by means of knee and joint replacement. In  Ayurveda there are plenty of medicines out there which can help to  reduce the pain and in long run they can be even cured permanently.
Research  says male who are affected by single finger joint pains are expected to  die of  cardiovascular attack.This accounts to 42% of the men suffering  from single finger joint pains.Many researches say such men suffer from  heart attacks.  Arthritis can be acute which is temporary pain and  the  other one is chronic. Chronic pains may be associated with   osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. This type of chronic pains last  life long.If such pains at finger edges are felt, it is the time you  see a doctor immediately and follow the medicines prescribed. 
HOW TO IDENTIFY IT IS ARTHRITIS ?!  There is warmth in fingers, they  are swollen, have redness and of  course there is  pain. Medicines for arthritis should not be taken by  friends advice or on referral basis but must see the doctor. SIMPLE AYURVEDA REMEDIES :  I  tried this for my self, but cant say it will work for every one, it is  worked well for me. Before I started my symptoms were like this : a  little strike on edges of legs or fingers gives acute pain as if the my  bones became very soft and they are not normal. It is some what I feel  they are different than what other people bones made of. Some where in  Ayurveda tips I read this and put into practice. It worked well . But  this only for acute pains and no way I think it will cure arthritis.  Take two spoons of pure honey and 30grams of fresh ginger. Grind the  ginger by stone or such thing to become paste. Mix both and leave for 15  minutes. Take this mixture  morning and before bed time. Make a  practice for one to two months . If pains are just acute they will be  controlled by this. If you are allergic to ginger or honey please stay  away from this.
