In this section let us have a look at fat burning foods that worked well and can show good fat burning results.
1. Green Tea : Green Tea has catechins. Catechins help in reducing the fat. Regular consumption of green tea without sugar can help prevent over fat buildup or help in reducing fat. Take  4 times a day with each serving of 8 ounces. Green tea has been listed by most of diet experts as top beverage that can help reduce fat fast.Green tea is good antioxidant and helps us to lose calories throughout the day. Most experts believe it helps in reducing the POT BELLY or belly fat. It tones up the skin.

2. CINNAMON :   Cinnamon is another spice which helps blood sugar to get into the blood cells so that it helps in reducing the calories. Cinnamon has another benefit of helping the heart to function well beside helping to reduce the fat. Most of the South Indian food and Indian food contains this spice in their daily food preparations especially special foods served for functions. So Cinnamon is best diet controlling food.Cinnamon is sweet to taste so  you can simply keep some Cinnamon sticks in your pocket and eat now and then so that it will help in reducing fast easily.

3. BROWN AND RED RICE :  This is even known as raw rice. Raw Rice has important vitamins like B and Riboflavin. It has plenty of fibre due to which it can reduce the fat or cholesterol from blood. It takes many calories from the body to digest or process the digestion. I had practiced this personally. I bought one kg of Red Raw rice which lasted more than a week. I mean to say you cannot consume more food also but never even feel hunger after consuming this raw rice ( cooked )! I felt stomach full as compared with white rice. So even if the price of this rice more you can still compare it is more affordable as you will consume only little amount of food when you are taking this raw rice.

4. YOGURT  OR BUTTERMILK  WITH SCRAPPED CARROTS : Yes don't be surprised if yogurt is milk product how it can reduce fat or how it can be named as weight loss diet ! Though curds of buttermilk made from dairy, it fights better in reducing the fat when added to scrapped carrots. This way you can also improve your eye sight and skin texture as carrots are added to the low fat yogurt  or buttermilk. Asians use buttermilk while they end their meals or during the hot summer. It reduces your thirst as well.

5. EGGS.  If you hear eggs contain more cholesterol, in contrary it is low calorie food which burs fat fast.
A study suggests it has good cholesterol which is good to list diet food for fat loss or low calorie food.An adult can take one egg a day on an average. Egg has been suggested because it low on bad cholesterol and  be eaten  moderately

6. OATMEAL : Oat meal has high fibre and low calories.It will help you less hunger and more calories burning. Add oatmeal to your daily diet skipping  a meal, it will help in both ways to reduce calories and improve your health.Oats has insoluble fiber. Insoluble fiber takes longer time and more calories to digest and helps reduce fat fast. Just add fibrous dry fruits like almonds, raisins and lentils to make variety of food preparations with oatmeal so that you can make this as your diet food to loss weight faster.

7. FRUITS  :  I wish to mention all fruits under this heading instead numbering each fruit as there are a lot of fruit that come in this section which help lose weight faster. Fruit should be termed one of the best fat burning food as they contain lots of fiber and vitamins which help clean blood as good as other fat burning food stuffs. 
  • BERRIES :  Berries are in rich in fiber and you will get fewer calories form berries .Acelora raw Berries tend to give 31.42 calories for each 1 cup intake.While 1 cup  Strawberries (halves) of 152 grams can give 48.5 calories and unsweetened - frozen strawberries of (unthawed) 149grams can give 52 calories to your body.Whole (raw )strawberries of 1 cup can give only 46calories at otherhand 1cup of Mulberris can give 60.21 calories. So consumption of raw fruit of berries help you lose weight faster as they are goigng to give just less than a gram of fat for every cup of serving. Raspberries can give only 65 calories per a serving of 125g. Raw Pitanaga (surinam cherries) can give only 70 calories per serving of 170g.
