Now a days it is common symptom that one in every three looks fat, swollen.Excess muscle and fat not only affects the health but has side effects such as joint pains,sexual dis-function,breathlessness, sleeplessness, type 2 diabetes and so on. In order to reduce the weight it is not only necessary to change eating habits but also proper regular exercise is necessary. It is required to maintain balanced diet in small quantities not more than 3 or 4 times a day will help us maintain balanced figure with good heart. Addition of leafy vegetables, oily fish on regular basis will reduce cholesterol level.

Try skip one meal instead of  a night meal take two hands full oats added to boiling water with some raw vegetables such as tomato,carrot,dry fruits can tremendously decrease the level of cholesterol.Not only this if habituated to green tea without sugar or reducing the levels of sugars  will also reduce the weight.

Swimming, jogging, crisp walking for about 30 to 45 minutes daily will reduce calories that are deposited in our body as fat.Few ayurvedic medicines are available which can be trusted as they are made as per standards required can  also be used  to see amazing weight loss results. Slimming beverages  or foods are available in ayurvedic medicines. Drinking plenty of water half an hour before taking food will also help in reducing the  intake of food.
