FLAT TUMMY DIET PLANS

Flat tummy is just a dream in most of the cases those who don't put lot of work or plan to achieve flat tummy. Flat tummy can be achieved by a strict diet plan which should start right from your heart and home. Ayurvedic herbs are available to flat and beautiful tummy. Every morning start your breakfast with cereals and vegetable salads mixed with fruits.Eating full 3 full meals with longer gaps is worst plan than eating 5 to 6 times a day with small gaps in between meals. Yes ! you may surprise how 6 times meals can help you better when 3 times meals are worst ! I  mean it. It is true. When you fill your stomach with full meals 3 times or 2 times and keep starving your stomach for longer intervals, again having food with full scale feeds will certainly harm your tummy structure and may badly develop fully blown up tummy looking ugly. What I mean to say is reduce number of intakes of food with short intervals of time but each time take little amounts of food. Take little by little with short intervals. If you are habituated to take food to satisfy your tongue, then stop it. Take 20% to 25% of food you take each time. Eat only one full meal quantity of food spread into 4 times, little by little. Hope you got it. Yes you are eating one full meal in full day. You are dividing the food into 4 or 5 parts and those parts of food are eaten in half a day or full day after some practice.
Take Omega 3 fatty oils which are rich in fish. Avoid white food such as rice. Avoid all carbohydrates add protein rich food such soya, spirulina. Avoid egg,heavy meats or red meats. Avoid normal usual tea, instead take green tea which is rich in antioxidants. If you have more muscles it is better you can use muscles to move and kill those calories by doing workouts.Don't starve and eat more . By doing this your stomach digestive system adjusts to take more calories to store as fat because it gets indications that you have been starving for longer time and now feeding more as you may again plan to starve ! So body mechanism get adjusted automatically to store more fat.

Foods that you should essentially avoid for flat tummy :
  • High cholesterol and high saturated fats meats such as goat meat and animal meat in red colour.
  • Avoid carbohydrates, rice, potatoes,sugar, sugar candy, ice creams, creamy foods etc.
  • Avoid white bread, cheese,butter, sweet bread spreads and pastas.
  • Avoid alcohols, drinks, sodas and drinks that attribute drowsiness.
  • Avoid cool water and cool drinks.
  • Avoid foods that make you feel over blown. 
  • Avoid salts. In Ayurveda salts are said to be unnecessary and poisonous for body. We get enough of salts naturally from all vegetables and water. Excess of salts consumed will damage the health.
Food or Diet that good for flat tummy :
  •  Drink hot water, eat hot food.
  • Cleanse your stomach with regular upavasa or fasting on regular basis so as to make all muscles and stomach systems do come to their normal actions instead of being buried by over food packs.
  • Take Ghee but not hydrogenated oils.
  • Take enough mineral supplements.
  • Take enough almonds and other dry fruits to make your stomach anti-toxic.
